Resumen

La producción científica en Ingeniería actualmente tiene un reto exponencial, debido al sin número de indicadores de satisfacción universitaria y producción académica-científica que está obligada a cumplir con el propósito de satisfacer estándares internacionales, ranking mundial de universidades y motivación para las futuras generaciones de investigadores e innovadores científicos. El presente documento  pretende hacer una revisión documental de prácticas de minería de datos y web 2.0 con visión futura sobre la base de las necesidades de una sociedad que construye conocimiento sobre evidencias sólidas y posteriormente se analizan las técnicas y herramientas de web 2.0 para empoderarse de la información y conocimiento de forma rápida, oportuna y eficiente, la cual servirá para iniciar la creación de un documento académico-científico sólidamente estructurado y confiable.
